Oh joy. Woke up this morning to discover both our MINIs had been screwdrivered

The little sods had tried to take my rear badge, but it proved too much for them, so they moved on to my boyfriends Cooper S and took his instead

Both the front and rears were taken

And my badge is damaged a lot so I've got to replace it anyway.

If they'd have knocked on the door I would have given them £20 to buy some if they wanted them that desperately, rather than causing damage to our cars!!!

How sad can little vandals get, I hate having to look around my car in fear that some little mess up has done something.

I hope the cars get back to their former glory and also hope the S&*Ts get what they deserve

I know it's so rubbish. I went and cried in the shower! I've only had my S a month, and Brett's is now being fixed up ready for the concours this summer, so we're both pretty p*ssed off.

The police did come round and dust both cars for prints but because it had been damp this morning they couldn't get a clear enough print to take. I honestly thought the days of stealing car badges was over, but I was wrong.

I'm off to buy some CCTV this weekend.

There was a really cheap set up in Homebase last month that I almost bought, but the old TV we've got for the bedroom didn't have the right scart socket, so I didn't buy it. Now I'm kicking myself

Just so gutted that people, whether they're kids or not, are so mindless that they think it's ok to do things like this and get away with it.

I'm very sorry to hear about this.

Same thing happened to mine in Jan, i was heart broken to say the least, so i know how you must be feeling.
Hopefully karma will come and bite the little scrotes in the *****!

The same happend to me WED night i no who do did it so Monday NITE THEY WILL SEE WHAT A CAGE FIGHTING INSTRUTOR CAN DO 5 OF THEM

gutted for you all, you will find the police as useful as a chocolate tea pot on this.
it will be up to you to catch them, and you cant touch them if they are kids, or film them because
you will be named as some sort of pervert, also a hidden camera will attack their civil liberties, and even if the do get their collars felt
the police and the social workers might arrange a day out karting for the little dears

i suggest you ask your dealers to supply new badges with low tack glue, at least if they go again
you will suffer less this time around,

Absolute scum they are! im dreading this happening to my car!!!! aslong as there is no serious paint damage and its a complete swap to a new badge.

Ive got a CCTV system to set up when i get home, i didnt do it last time but i think i need to now ya cant trust nobody these days!
