MINI2

Last night i was tootling along in my mini in the right hand lane approaching a round about when a private hire car from a little side street, pulled out to turn right and went straight into me. so my baby is dead, 3 police cars and ambulance were there. both parties injured.

but my car my precious car has died its dead totally.

Oh no! Are you OK? Are you hurt?

How awful! Was there any witnesses? Always helps in the battle of insurances!

Well thankfully you're here and posting so that's a good sign. Cars often look a lot worse than they actually are, maybe a few weeks it'll be fixed and back with you?

That's awful news.

Don't worry too much about the Mini, cars can be fixed/replaced. Whether you are alright is what's important.

My knees are bruised and swollen, i have bad back pain and neck and arms, going to hospital today.

the police know its NOT my FAULT as they could clearly see, but there were no wittnesses well none that waited round.

my baby is more than likely a right off. aaargh

you maybe suprised...

my repair bill came to just shy of £8,000 the only thing they didnt fix was the roof so you may find yourself back in your mini soon

A car is just a bit of tin at the end of the day, and it can be replaced. Main thing is that no one was too seriously harmed.

as Jon says they seem to be willing to spend more fixing borderline cases at the moment! guy at work bMW with 130k miles on it on a 52 plate value £6500 had a £7000 repair bill for getting it back on the road????? Sure they hadn't looked at the mileage to work out the value of the car??????
