Offline | Go with the Mini.....The WRX is a great car, no doubt, a good friend of mine owns one and I've driven and been a passenger. But the Mini just seems more stylish (trust me, it'll age better than the WRX) and seems to handle better (in spite of it being fwd vs, awd in the subie). Boils down to whether you want soul or speed. Good luck! ![]() |

| Coming Back! | Having owned both and currently driving a WRX I'd go for the Subaru if you want power and endless amounts of future mods and don't mind its thirst for petrol ![]() Go for the MINI if you want a smaller car that handles like a little go kart and cheaper on fuel and insurance if your young. hth |

| as mad as a box of frogs | Well it looks like i am a bit late for adding my comments I used to own both a Subaru Impreza UK300 as well as a Mini cooper both bought in 2002 the Scooby in April bought new and later on in the year the Mini arrived in December after owning both cars the Mini got most of the use in the three years of ownership the Scooby clocked up 17000 miles and the mini 18000 miles now bearing in mind the Scooby was 8 months older it should have been higher mileage than the Mini, as you know it is 2007 and the Scooby was sold last year in July and the Mini still lives with me and now has 27000 miles on her, the fun is still there every time i turn the key in the ignition the buzz i feel is great so it has got to be the Mini. an impreza is great but not as much fun, REMEMBER A MINI IS FOR LIFE NOT JUST FOR THE BENDS cooperblack |
