Offline | My new Nightfire Red Dooper has the silver Union Flag on its black roof - wanted to get the Blackjack door handles, but the dealer installation cost is just nuts - the part is only £60, but apparently you have to take the doors apart to fit them! 2008 MINI Cooper D (c. 1/9/2007 Delivery) 2005/6 BMW-Alpina B5 Touring 2005 Nissan Armada LE 4x4 & 2004 Subaru Forester 2.0XT |

Offline | The car in the picture is a lightning blue ONE which we rejected in June due to severe paintwork problems. MINI accepted the rejection and we ordered exactly the same car again. Three weeks or so later we returned to the dealership to pick up our new, new car but found exactly the same issues with the paintweork . We rejected the second car which again has been accpeted by MINI. We are now waiting for a third car this time however we are playing it safe with red. If there are any issues the next time then we will be ditching the car all together so fingers crossed. It seems there are issues with lightning blue as we aren't the only punters to reject them. I posted a thread in faults and fixes. |
