I passed the Park Lane Mini garage the other day on the bus and saw that they had a gorgeous black Mini with aerokit and JCW wheels but obviously didn't get the chance to investigate further. Looked stunning though. Anyone got pics of new Mini in black with aerokit and JCW wheels or can give me the lowdown of the Mini in PL?

Thanks snowie... that is definitely a start. Slightly scared by the circa £24k price tag! Anyone got anymore pics of a similar beast?

Here's mine (although I did request the dealer swapped it to 17" wheels. They're not as stylish, but I didn't want 18s).

NJP, that is a nice motor. Those wheels in the picture are the ones I saw on the car down parklane. How much was the aerokit in the end as an option? What spec did you go for in the end?

People may start to get the idea that I am toying with the idea of a new Mini...

NJP... got any more of her lying around?

They're great looking wheels, but I saved £1800 by swapping them for 17" crown spokes, and I wanted a smoother ride.

Full spec is in my profile, but basically my options are Chili Pack, aero kit, chrome bonnet scoop and mirrors. Total amount was around £19k before TLC pack etc. Aero kit was £1100 I think. Causes havoc with insurance, though, so check before you spec it!

That is the best R56 I have seen, by miles. I love it!

(PS - looks very similar to my MKI MINI Cooper, get some spots!)
