Looking at Parker's road tax calculator, can anyone tell me why an R56 One with the Pepper Pack is £140/year whereas a standard One is £115/year road tax.

Forget that, they are both now coming out at £115. Don't know why the Pepper pack One is listed as a different model.

They're wrong!

Mini one r56 manual is band C (£115) wheras auto is band D (£140) no change with packs. The new stop start new models are still in band C (with reduced emissions) for the manual and D for the auto. Only the new cooper S changes banding from D to C.
