Thought I would drop a line to say hello! I have just joined and was wondering if there is anyone here from the north west, in particular Bolton! I got my first mini cooper in March this year and have seen quite a few mini's on the road but although I wave to them, they seem to ignore me?!?
Is this common?

Hi Nicky welcome to MINI2 I think you'll find quite a few people in the NW.... and in my experience very few fellow MINI drivers wave back these days as there are so many around

I'm from Bolton and i wave/flash all the time sometimes get an acknowledgement but not very often great fun looking at some peoples faces thinking whys that mad man flashing oh and welcome to MINI2 what colour is your cooper i'll keep a look out for you, if you see someone flashing and waving in an electric blue cooper s that will be me

I drive a red mini cooper with black bonnet stripes, mirrors & roof (which I have seen a couple like mine in Bolton) but none with spotlights!
So spot me with the spotlights, I will sure wave!
Btw which part of Bolton do you live?
