Well if that causes other councils to monitor car club activity, surely it's down to us to make sure runs are well organised, safe and not a nuisance to other road users and communities. The ball is in our court.

The way our local Chav Racers behave I'd actually welcome such a move around here just now. Bunch of idiots they are. And they give all car enthusiasts a bad name.

I read they're going to ban cars from using the roads to address the congestion problem. Celebrities, Farmers and the Emergency Services are exempt.
