My wife currently has a pure silver ONE with S spoke wheels and she loves it.
(We took part in the GWR mini convoy recently

)

I used to have, and race, classic minis years ago and have always been a big mini fan.
Now having driven hers it's proving too much not having my own

The good thing is she's all for us having 'His-n-Hers' Minis !!

I would really like a Cooper or S but finances won't allow. I have a chance to buy a 33,000 mile 52 ONE with salt pack and other extras including S R84 wheels.

My question is will the R84's take non-runflat tyres ?
Also I know all about the troublesome gearbox but did pre '04 Coopers have a better 'box
than the ONE or was it the same ??

Finally it set me wondering how many people out there have more than one mini in the family ?!?!
