The Return of Gold?

was skimming through August's edition of What Car yesterday & they had a full review of the new Mini One with the feature car in Gold. As it had shots showing inside the boot & the inside of the doors i;m pretty sure it wasn't a photoshop. Besides why would you go to the trouble of photoshopping a car in gold?

so is Gold going to return as a One only colour?

I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

There are only a finite amount of colours, and manufacturers often 're-introduce' colours, although almost always in a slightly different shade and with a different name.

I very much doubt the old Solid Gold will make a reappearance, but something similar wouldn't be a totally unreasonable thing to expect.

Sorry OT but in one of the pics, they have opened the interior dashboard trim on the passenger side to reveal some sort of cubby hole - do they all have that feature?

if you mean this one i think its part of the storage pack. its also where the cd changer goes if you spec one
