If we're being silly then....
mellow yellow S with black roof
jcw seats
aero kit
lowered
17" black alloys
de-chromed with carbon fibre bits
bigger turbo
bigger intercooler
remapped
strut brace
same as jon, porsche brakes with yellow callipers
einbach suspension
maybe even another turbo?
straight through exhaust
piston work etc etc
running over 250 bhp, id like 280, with no traction control...
oh and a fully functional air scoop

Real British Racing Green (like Jag) with white roof and left-side stripes
DSC, LSD
Bilsteins, springs, 22mm antisway bar, connectors, etc.
The JCW or aftermarket bits dujuour to bring hp to about 220 and torque to 250
brown saddle leather seats, walnut dash
mfsw
stereo modded a bit but keeping it light
roll cage, rear seat delete
some fat/light 17" wheels and decent rubber

I'll build it eventually...
