Offline | Selling car back to dealer Hi there I've got a two month old Mini Cooper S, great car etc etc.... my problem is i may have to work abroad in about 6 months time for a couple of years and obviously can't take the car with me. So i was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to sell the car back to the dealership you bought it from? |

Offline | Very much depends whether they want to buy it back off you really. Be prepared to be offered rock bottom for it though. Sorry. Approach a few dealers and get prices of them. ![]() MODERN MINI OSCARS 2008 - BEST COOPER NOMINEE |

Offline | Much better off taking a little time to advertise on here (for free) in the classifieds and also in AutoTrader, places like that, costs a little time and a little money, but the dealers tend to offer about £1,500 to £2,000 less than they will sell for I think. ![]() Hacked the IBUS | I Sold my ONE D back to dealer, lost 4k in 9 months by doing that, but I wanted the funds quickly and did not want the hassle of Tyre kickers and possible fraud payments etc, the dealer gave me prompt payment, no fuss or hassle, but I reckon I could of got £1800 more by selling privately. |

Offline | Well i'm going to Dubai and won't need a car whilst i'm there. To be honest i hardly use the car as it is, its a very expensive ornament! Thanks everyone for your replys, i need to look into it further and will probably call my dealer whom i bought it off of and see what they say. I'll let you know how i get on. |
