Igor has seen 5 cooper s in past 2 months.

Not one of them waved or flashed at Igor. Igor does get waves and flashes of One and Cooper drivers.

Igor thinks then Cooper S drivers are nasty

Funny that, cos no one waves/flashes at us in our S. We are on a mission to flash/wave at all minis, it does surprise me the amount of people that ignore us completely.
In fact the only car to flash me this week was a chap in a mini 30.....

i live in mid herts and often flash at the odd s driver, but have now learnt my lesson. They should be over the moon to be driving the S, whats wrong with them, maybe my lowly cooper is not good enough and seen as a lower being. most bizarre!

Nearly of all cooper drivers will flash their lights and give a huge cheesy grin, keep it up!!!

Excellent! A MCS vs. MC/MO split... Just when the MINI vs. Mini debate was starting(!) to get boring

I am actually starting to think the one and cooper boys are a bit jealous......some sort of reverse sonobbery

Having said that I am driving a One at the moment

I wave/flash at all MINIs regardless of what they are. If they do not wave/flash back, it is their problem not mine!

Afterall, one can usually spot Apple miles away!

P.S. I only wave/flash when I am on a single carridgeway/in town etc., not very practical on dual carrideways or motorways

I want to flash at all MINI's, I always flash/wave at MCS's, cos I know that I'll always get a flash and a wave back, however, as the Cooper and One have been out over a year now, non-MINI enthusiasts are driving them, which has resulted in people looking at me like I'm stupid when I flash and wave at them.

With the MCS at the moment, you know that the majority of drivers are enthusiasts who are only to happy to flash/wave back.

no reverse snobbery just a young man who is happy with his lot. If i wanted something faster, one would by a clio cup!!!!!

I Just enjoy the mini driving experience too much(plus the insurance would kill me!!!)

Ok i drive a MINI ONE and i love it to death, i couldn't give a crap if someone else has a Cooper or and 'S' all that matters to me is that i love my ONE.
I have waved to alot of people in MINI's but alot of people don't wave back, but there is one lady that always waves, so i make sure i wave to her!!

But the other day on my way home, there was a grumpy old man in his MINI, who wouldn't let me into the traffic queue, most people let me in no trouble at that point where i was trying, so i thought i wouldn't have any trouble with this guy because he drives a MINI as well, but he was a major pain in the arse, and i couldn't believe, and it has made me look at MINI drivers in a different way, which is very sad!!
