| What do you want to see, some personal epitaph dedicated to you as an individual? This guy is answering questions for all to read not just one guy. I'm sure if you sat down with him and had a pint he'd provide a more direct personal response but this is a senior management from a major corporation providing an insight for the customers as a whole, not a mate down the pub. In the context that it is and should be regarded i see it as a very interesting article and am delighted to see senior staff at MINI willing to spend time answering questions from their customer base on an open forum. I'm sure people would ***** and moan if they refused to face questions ! |

| Great article Paul, and so positive to see someone who feels passionate about his product talking about it. Kind of reasures you that the product is going to try and follow its heritage but also develop to remain ahead of its game and competition. Also for me its really interesting as its like reading the job I do but for a different product, so you develop, market, and sell the product without trying to give too much away as you want to tease the customer with little bits of the future without promising things that are way down the development chain which might or might not happen. Its never easy talking to product fans, as they always want to know whats next, and when you feel passionate you want to tell them but just can't |
