DIY What do all of the MPG Figures mean???

Hi Guys,

Call me crazy - or stupid whichever way you put it.
But what the hell do all of the MPG Figures: Urban, Extra urban and Conbined mean?????

(I can guess what conbined means, but the others - i am lost!)
