Scotland Axel Stands

Stupid question time, but I want to double check before I destroy anything.

Front axel stand.

Jack the car up at the jacking point, put the axel stand to the sub frame ?

what the easy way to do this ?


please help me

Its allright, just tried it nice and slowly on the sub frame and it worked fine
