Hello all - my first time on here so am hoping to get some good advice!

Our Mini Cooper was recently reversed into by a 5 series BMW (ouch), so I planned to take it to a garage to get the damage assessed. I booked a time/date, and took it to Stephen James BMW in Bromley, but they were so disorganised and rude, they managed not only to forget that I was coming in with the car, they also tried to blame me for not reminding them that they had made a booking and was coming in! - the net result was that the relevent people/person to check the damage wasn't in.
In short, they are a bunch of unproffessionals that I want no further contact with.

OK - rant over!

So... can anybody suggest a BMW Mini garage that can assess my Cooper's bodywork in South East London or close by? I'm based in Greenwich SE10. The external damage doesn't look bad at all but I'm more concerned about any engine bay damage that might have occured.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
