Hi guys, just put a deposit down on an 03 plate JCW after a brill test drive, it felt nippy, steering very direct. Its really flowed along a twisty road.

Probably wont pick it up till next week, but no doubt will have loads of questions.

Its a silver car with a decent spec. Its my first mini so have little experience of these cars

I dont know what was standard and what was an option but the car has

Sat Nav
Climate Control
Xenons
Panoramic Sun roof
Tyre pressure sensors
Reversing sensors
17" alloys with run flats (Pirelli)
Full leather
heated seats
traction control
cruise control
nice subtle front and rear spoilers

Only downer is i think the CD changer has been removed, as the wires are there but no changer. Might have to look for a second hand one.

I cant wait to pick it up, looking forward to joining in.

Will get some picks posted as soon as it comes.

Looking forward to getting it thats for sure, hopefully get some zymol on it before the winter sets in.

Incidently it may NOT of ever had the CD changer fitted - most cars are built with 'cd prep' - having the cable already there if you want to fit the cd changer at a later date.

All depends, i sold one on ebay for £70 they go for between say £60 and £100 on there or you can get one from the dealer at probably 3 times that price!

Well, once I get my MCS (friday with any luck), I,ll have one going!
But check Ebay, 'cos I,m sure Mini's prices will be steep!
My choice is to go for an ipod interface- that makes the changer obsolete !!

You might be right with the ipod connection, problem is i dont have an iopd!!

Would the interface connect to the cassette head unit?
