Cooper S JCW good value?

Looking to replace my Audi TT roadster and the wife fancies a mini next. Have seen a Cooper S at Almondbury mini dealer in Huddersfield which looks really nice. Chilli red, with JCW engine kit and full aero kit, as well as JCW 18in alloys. It's their demonstrator and has done 1,500 miles. They want £23,000 for it. Does this sound a reasonable price?
I'm torn because I could have a new Audi TT for just £1,000 more!
Any advice greatfully received

A 1,500 mile Demonstrator? I doubt it's 1st Generation.

In this case then, you can spec your own with everything you have mentioned for cheaper than that!

Come to think of it, if there is a 1,500 mile 1st Generation Cooper S Works demonstrator sat at a dealer the £23k price tag would be the reason it hasn't sold!

Very true again, but then, if it was a tad cheaper it may be what i was recently looking for, when i specced an R56 MCS and couldnt find one

Preston hall, Stockton have a £37,000 R56 MCS JCW Demonstrator sat there, do they really think thats gunna sell.
