You're not alone...
I am having problems too. It tells me I am registered but when I enter my login etc nothing happens. I keep clicking submit to no avail. I have tried asking for a new password, but still nothing happens... I have tried both Safari and Explorer.
I have now emailed the website feedback address to see if they can help.
Hope it's worth it!

My mum had the same problem, all solved over email it would make sense for them to fix it though surely? Min went straight in, but that was over 4 years ago.....

I've just checked and, after having accessed it many times over the last 4 years, it won't work for me this time.

Have they changed anything on that site in the last few years anyway?

Errrr....... not a lot.
Bit disappointing really. Links to pages on the main Mini.co.uk site mainly..... and it hasn't been changed since I got my first mini over 2 years ago. I think the mini marketing department have forgotten about it.........
