The reason why you want to know too would help, as at the end of the day if you hoping to write and complain surely if you think about if you were the head of a company you'd employ people to deal with that kind of stuff seeing as you are busy with your own day job to answer moans about products

Well, my brother wants to send a complaint letter to as many people he can to get his point across, so he just asked me to find out the name of the Head of MINI, which I have done/doing.

A friend of mine once guessed that the email address of a CEO at a particular company would be the most obvious one you can think of. i.e. alan.sugar@amstrad.com.

I think he was after the CEO of Vodafone to make a complaint about customer service and the email got through ok. Needless to say he got the problem resolved really quickly!!!!

I think the only problem is that BMW & MINI have several email domains, but might be wrong.
