| Should there be a CD changer lead in the boot? Bought my sister one of the DICE units from IpodCarkitdirect for a 2004 mini cooper with boost radio/cd took it to pro installer who tried and failed to install it. Says it's totally the wrong connection as mini's do not have a 6x3 pin plug in the boot. They even took the boost radio out and confirmed no leads were going into the boot. Ipod car kit direct say they do work, says 'it's not our fault if your mini doesn't have the correct lead' and tried to say ours was somehow an odd one that came out of the factory without the lead. What's the score?? I've looked in the boot myself and they are no 6x3 connection in the compartments at all |
