I'm using LPG on mine and it averages 34 to the gallon, but as it is half the price of normal unleaded, I guess it equates to 68mpg - which I am more than happy about.

No boot space mind

26.3 mpg.......

my misses 2.0 GT diesel golf does 56.9....................

Ive getting about 30-31mpg depending how heavy footed i am.

If i stay below 70 i get around 34mpg,
95% of my driving is motorway.

I'm also getting about 26mpg from my Cooper CVT at present - The past month have been using the car only for the work commute of about 5 miles each way per day. I fill up when the red light comes on the dash, get 40 litres in and the light comes on again after 230-240 miles.
