The alarm has a tilt sensor, right? Surely one of the neighbours would have heard something?

Absolutely gutted for you, such a beautiful MINI. Very distinctive though so fingers crossed for news at some point

BP right I set mine of when jacking it up...... the wheel wasn't even of the ground. Must of got a copy of the keys

Sorry to hear about this.

When you get it back, speak to Mikey at NewMINIstuff. He has some security solutions that would make your MINI much more difficult to steal.

Prolly in a trailer like you say...

I'm hlaf tempted to geta tracker as this seems to be happening a lot at the moment with various cars seemingly "stolen to order."

Mayb the theif will be stupid enough to ebay it for BUYITNOW 5550GBP like that fraudster GP on there LOL!

You think a tracker sems expensive.. but to have the chance to get your car back within a few hours and possibly untouched then i'd stump up the cash now!

I had detailed it.. got 12months MOT on monday ready to sell/re-advertise... think i'm guna give up on the nice/bling motors.. stick to sensible family saloons...

Without the coded keys it is not easy to sell on ,and hard to fudge the system,most likely stolen to order or as a donor car for parts.
Whenever I get calls reference new keys and recoding cars ,I run it past BMW and check chassis numbers .
This type of thing is a result of EBAY also, that great deal on a cheap cooper s bonnet ,could be someones pride and joy!!
