Just bought a Mini - but what have we bought????

Hi,

Mrs RooniusMaximus here! I've just been very impulsive and put down a deposit on a lovely 54 plate Cooper (05 model)- chilli red....I love it.........

However, I'm now a little bit confused. The dash isn't like any others I've seen. It's got two instruments (speedo and rev counter) above the steering wheel and then the big dial in the middle has 3 instruments i.e oil temperature, petrol and I can't remember the other one! It's also got full leather interior and silver kick plates.............

So what is it?

I can't wait for Saturday now. I've not even seen the car in the flesh, but my missus fell in love with it immediately.

We did go look at one local to us the night before, but it was really tatty and the owner wasn't sure why the servicing hadn't been done. Think we've done the right thing.
