Offline | ![]() ![]() ![]() Glad to see MINI looked after you. Tough little buggers. You might need to pressure wash it before you T cut ![]() On a serious note, if you are convinced the mud was the cause of the accident , get the police to investigate. If it was then the farmer is liable and can be sy ued for damages to yourself and your MINI. Plus you would not lose your no claims as it would be seen not to be your fault ![]() |

Offline | Glad you're both OK, you were so lucky you were in a MINI! I'd be worried if I saw that mess and didn't already know you were safe. |

Offline | Obviously being everyone was ok, I was thinking about the Chinese as well……. ![]() Oh and I had a mate that wrote off a car. He started and at this point he’s a Sunday driver! ![]() “It started with there was a dip in the road, then Mud, then a fence, then a wee jump, then a field of sheep. The mud and the road were to blame it seemed…..and the sheep” So I said “ So you were driving like a mad man” He said “Yeah showing the girlfriend how well the car handled” |

Offline | Nobody here seems to consider that, mud or no mud, had you been driving within safe limits, it would not have happened. Think yourself fortunate that there were no pedestrians at that spot or you could be facing a manslaughter charge. Still, glad you are both OK! |
