The SL he's selling is better still, and all for £6K. Not only have any of his cars ever been involved in accidents, it's never been implied in any either

Some poor sole has definatley had there account highjacked. All of the 100% feedback is as a buyer. Never sold anything previously.

I sent ebay a message about this... I also asked the seller a question basically stating that no one would fall for it... Just received an email from ebay to say that they have stopped some emails from the user to me... Bet they were interesting...

I am losing patience with eBay.

Only this week I tried to sell my old mobile phone. The winning bidder sent me an email saying they had sent payment to my Paypal account but that Paypal would hang onto it until I sent a shipping number for the item. They further asked me to send it to Nigeria (despite me posting it in the UK only)

It was obviously a scam and I logged an unpaid item dispute with eBay. I gave a second chance offer to the next highest bidder who bought it (this time the money WAS in my Paypal account) and I sent the item.

But now I am still getting crap phishing emails from these Nigerian retards.

Yes, I got an email from eBay saying they would be investigating the item. Result!

Keep your eyes open for more, so we can stop these scum.

According to our roof number list it has been spotted in both Cheltenham and Thailand.

The description sounds much more genuine than most other scams, however to not have a reserve on the auction sounds crazy.

I say scam. Also if I was selling my GP on eBay, I would take a picture of the roof number.

That GP I posted about went for £103.55 after 53 bids were cancelled. with the following reason:

need to talk first !!!!i don't know you!!

The auction got as high as £7654.00

The replies I got back from two emails were the same and said:

Hi,

The 2006 MINI COOPER S 1.6 JCW GP (2006) with only 16.500 miles is still for sale. A great car, never implied in any accident, in excellent condition with full service history. VRM number is LD56KUT. My job put me on the way to ENGLAND and I purchased this car there. Now I have to sell it as I've got back home in GERMANY. The car is here as well. The final price is £ 6000 + shipping to your door(no more than £120). For an accurate shipping cost please include your shipping address in your next email. As you probably noticed, the price is rather low. But since it's a right hand drive car, not even a dealer will offer me a better price here. The fact that it's still UK registered did not help either. I am the registered keeper and there is no outstanding finance on the vehicle. The car is in excellent condition, the bodywork is immaculate, no scratches, dents or hidden defects as well as the interior in excellent non-smoking condition. I will only conclude the transaction through eBay for our own protection. All documents, including V5 log book on your name will be provided along with the car. Please email me soon if you want to move forward and let me know if you need anything else.

All the best! Neil Robertson

And all those bits in the reply were in bold.
