New mini cooper s owner keen to benefit from your experience

Hi All

First of all i want to congratulate you all on your excellent taste in cars. I have just purchased a new cooper s and have not had so much fun since an Alfa Sud 105ti (heavily modified - 18 years ago) and Honda Fireblade (3 years ago).

My only regret is that i waited so long.

I want to keep modifications sensible as the missus uses the car for the school runs and finds the standard car more than powerful enough.

I am going to purchase the turbo back Milltek exhaust and was wondering if any of you have fitted this or similar without fitting a chip/re-map and what the outcome was.

Thanks in advance.
Brian

If you have a new MCS, then don't waste your money on an exhaust system.

First stop, I'd chat to Roland at GTT.

its on till the 7th you would make a huge saving not in it myself aready got one, if i was you and owned an r56 one of the first things would be sorting the ride height out as its a tractor from stock, just my opinion of course enjoy.

Thankyou Jlove and Blackadder, i was starting to think everyone was ignoring me for some reason. I have also ordered a set of eibach springs to lower the car from its current 4*4 like height.
Many Thanks
