I have found a good spec Dec 07 (57 plate) Cooper petrol with TLC and Stop/Start, Chili Pack, Vis Pack and Auto A/C, etc for £14,400 at a large dealership but it's not a Mini Cherished car. My question, is it worth still going for as I presume the manufacturers warranty and TLC covers everything a Cherished used car would. Also what questions should I be asking.

I'd appreciate your help and will give more info if needed.

Hi AppMac,

If its a Dec 07 car, it will have manufacturers warranty until Dec 2010 regardless of where you buy it, and the TLC is attached to the vehicle so if transferrable, again no problems there
