Offline |  FInally back in a MINI! Hey guys, Just got back from the MINI dealer and i have bought a MINI! (again). Had a MCS before but sold it nearly a year ago when my sensible head came on and bought a golf (i know) but i missed my MCS too much that i wanted it back. I have been searching for a while now and finally found the MINI for me  I have gone one better this time and found a MCS JCW which was a real treat to drive. I will be picking it up on the 1st May and can't wait! Here is some specs and pics until i pick it up  Black II Silver Vipers John Cooper Works Kit 17" S-Spoke Alloy Wheels Anthracite Roof Lining CHILI Pack Darkened Glass Harman Kardon - Hi-Fi Heated Mirrors/Washerjets Limited Slip Diff Mirror Caps in BodyColour I also got the dealer to throw in some chrome mirror caps into the deal  Is nice again to be part of the MINI community  |

Offline | You went to a golf, sorry buddy but I can't imagine me doing that. The mini looks gorgeous from the back. It always amazes me that even though their are Mini's parked on almost every street (at least in Switz) their are still some real head turners (like yours) 1st May? i bet you're counting down the days. Congratulations. |

Offline | Thanks all, i can't wait and it will feel like aaaages til i get it! I was never in the market for a JCW but it had a good spec (really wanted H/K and LSD) and everything about it just felt like it was the right one  Not that i know of. What kind of event?  edit: Yea it is from Murketts supa-dupa-cooper. Must say John was amazing from there and was a great dealership |

Offline | They do seem very good there! They had a gorgeous Red/White S just before I ordered the Dooper, didnt know which way to go, even went to look at it!  but ended up back at Specialist with a new order   |

Offline | I dont know if i will go to Specialist for my servicing needs. When i had my old S they messed up my servicing and ended up sending a letter to MINI head office (long story) but saying that some people there are very nice. Borehamwood have been good too though so i may go there. |

Offline | Black Hole Congratulations bet you cant wait, it looks fab! I hate to admit it but great colour! I've had four black cars and always swear i'll never have another! I reckon they should rename the colour to Black Hole as when I see them shining at the dealer I get sucked in! Enjoy its worth the effort  |

Offline | Thanks guys Getting excited now! I may be able to pick it up on Sat if the funds from the sale of my car clear in time so fingers crossed they do or i will have to wait another week! Still trying to think what mods i can do. Spending all that money means i can't afford anything too expensive |
