Terrible Driving

Do you ever have one of those mornings when you see someone who should not be allowed to drive??!!
Unfortunately, this one was driving a Dooper as well!!!! A disgrace to the whole Mini fraternity.
She thought that being in the left hand lane of a dual carriageway allowed her to cut across all the lanes at a roundabout in order to come off the 4th exit to get on to the M27 Eastbound.
Worst of all she berated me for being in the wrong lane!!!! (I was in the outside lane exiting from the 3rd exit).
It's people like this that should be dragged out of their cars and sent back to driving school.

That's my rant for the day over.

Kinda mean spirited of you and I am removing the personal information as well. People have bad days and maybe she was this morning.

I agree, some drivers need to be dragged back to driving school. In fact, I'd give the police the ability to remove driving licenses and insist on retests.

I work 26 miles from where I live, and 20 miles are all motorway driving, granted 10 of these are on the M60 so stuck in traffic I travel at an average speed of 15 mph. But the other 10 or so is on the M67 where it is generally clear.

My pet hate is drivers who insist on driving either in the middle lane or the fast lane when the motorway is clear. The other morning a taxi cab was driving at about 50 mph in the fast lane when the rest of the lanes were clear. I like everyone else had to undertake him or there would have been a tail back in the fast lane and nothing on the other 2 lanes. I had to laugh, as a focus driver spent a bit of time behind him flashing him in a vain attempt to get the taxi to move....!!!

best thing is try not to let the bad drivers get to you and make you mad ... don't need a bad driver as well as a second mad/reckless one on the road ...

Plenty of spanners driving badly in the road works at the moment. See it most days on my commute. Im not sure if people have heard of braking distances and indicators, but whilst in road works and narrow lanes, they are pretty invaluable!!

And I HATE it when people move into my braking distance thinking Im letting them out....

Hey ho! One day I will have my revenge! Ha ha!!

Do people actually have mornings where they DON'T encounter someone who should not be allowed to drive?

I can sympathise Crammy, Poser - I was driving from Nottingham to London at night, and stopped at the services to check all my lights were working, because of the number of idiots pulling into the braking space in front of me etc.

Is that what that space in front of you is for! I thought you were just being nice enough to leave room for a large SUV to squeeze in.

Im liking what they have on the M6 up near Manchester is it? Can't remember for sure, but they have the Chevrons painted onto the road for the 2 second gap rule, so you can easily get a good braking distance between you and the car infront.

You could tell I was a Southerner coz I was the only one keeping the 2 chevron distance!

And I would say a lot of minor shunting RTIs would be avoided and then the resulting tailbacks, if people simply held back a bit...

Hey ho! Karma comes back around!
