| MINI2 Regular | depends on sooo many factors Out of the the JCW pics at the top i wouldnt be able to choose but all the other pics i think chilli red looks awesome depends if your planning on having the aero-kit and then what wheels etc if you were to go the whole hg and have the car in the top pics then its a tough choice any other way i go for chilli red with some nice black wheels |

Offline | I do not plan to take the full aero kit (for now ), maybe next though. As soon as I get the car, I want to change wheels, I hate the stock 16'' that comes with the S. I'll keep them for winter. I plan to put the r112 wheels (the one of the first pic) or any look alike replica.. Beside of that, any comment about the paint maintenance? Does both color stay sharp after a few years? Is there a difference on the car detailling? Anything that could help? lol |

Offline | Our first MINI was Chili Red and white and our second is Hyper Blue (the virtually identical predecessor to Lightning Blue). Which one would I choose again? There's no obvious answer. Red is easier to look after, though the Blue looks even better with some polish and elbow grease! The Red is great; it's cheerful and classically MINI. I really liked it but, after 2 1/2 years I felt like a change. I liked the blue as well but, the difference is, the longer I have the Blue the more I like it! Okay, on balance..... It has to be Blue! ![]() ![]() May 08: Thanks to all of my friends on Mini2 for a lot of great times over the last 4 years. In future I can always be contacted here! |

Offline | All the best pics I found for the red/black combo is with JCW bodykit, but I can't find good pics with stock MCS kit. On the other hand, I find it tough to find good pics of JCW kit on blue/white combo.. Anyone can help? |
