Re-inbursement

just a quick question

if i purchased a item in person and gave the company all the correct details of my car so they could give me the correct item

and i then get the product home to find that it is in fact the incorrect part for my car and does'nt fit meaning i have to courier the part back to them so they can replace it

would i be with in my right to ask for the courier charges to be re-imbursed??

Pretty much.

Actually getting them might be a whole different story though.

Not sure in the UK, but in Germany or the USA it would be no. If you bought the item in person then they wold expect you to return it in person. However, if I were the company I might pay for the shipping just to make you a happy person so that you might shop with me again.

No I don't think so, you paid in person, so to get a refund you should go in person to them again

The only problem I have is knowing which one to drive?
