Lohen

I sent an e-mail to Lohen on tuesday and hadn't heard back by late wednesday so sent a 'Customer Enquiry' thingy through the actual website and still not heard anything.

I realise i can easily call them with the enquiry i'm just quite surprised i still haven't had a reply to the e-mails sent.

Am i being completely unreasonable and impatient for expecting them to of replied by now considering the original e-mail was sent on tuesday ??

Why don't you call them and ask them? They might be having email problems for all you know

i sent one yesterday with no reply as of yet, although they do have 48 hrs to reply it says so hopefully by tomorrow.

Yeh i see they come highly recommended here which is why i haven't gone anywhere else to get what i want, i was just surprised it was taking a while to get a response, no big deal though.

In now way am i slagging off Lohen as i have no experience of dealing with them, have only ever read good things about them and am looking forward to giving them lots of my hard earned cash in the future.

Hi All

I recently drove to Lohen to have a full Milltek exhaust system fitted. On the day i decided i wanted to fit someEibach lowering springs. The guys were excellent and did all they could to help, advise, accommodate me.

The level of care taken to fit the exhaust and then adjust etc was fantastic.

I would reccomend taking the time to spek to Lohen and drive from wherever you are to their excellent workshop if you require anything MINI.

I am in no way connected to Lohen (live 125 miles away) - just one very happy customer.

I received your original e-mail at 16:14 on Tuesday and replied at 14:00 on Wednesday, unfortunately the e-mail bounced straight back to me (i re-tried twice more throughout the day).

I would have called you with the information you requested but no telephone number was entered on the online contact form.

ive used lohen lots and they have always been good with me even when i sent the bluefin set back so they are good guys and looks like there was a reason for the delay
