Japan F1 steering wheel

hi, had a wild dream - has any one thought of fixing a F1 influenced steering wheel to MCS? not all the knobs and buttons, but carbon fibre shifters, LEDs for revs, start/stop knob, button to switch from/to sports! Any thoughts?
