All black one or cooper spotted on Birmingham's Broad Street?

Saw a really good looking car last night on Broad Street at about 4.30. Was all Black, going too fast for me to be able to tell whether it was a One or a Cooper but I think I saw a flash of chrome grill so probably the latter.

Had full tint all round too. Really nice looking car. Just wondered if the owner was a MINI2er... I'd like to get a closer look at that mini....
Black ONE - Salt Pack, Boost, CD Changer, ASC&T, 8 Spokes, Alarm and Glovebox

Arrived 16/10/02 and I love it

Driving lights, aero spoiler and some chrome bits to follow...
