Offline | hi there I am the owner of a facelift MCS from 2005 and very happy with it. Still last week a friend bought a new mini cooper and when i tried it I was astounded by how much more reactive the engine was and how easier was the steering wheel. Is it so dramatic the difference? My MCS is a bullet, but the engine needs to reach 2, 3000 RPM to deliver and reach the torque. My impression is that new engines deliver maximum torque at lower RPMs.... also the assisted steering on new minis' seems MUCH improved. do you confirm my impressions? thanks Federico |
