| Great looking MINI  So how do you feel after todays congestion charge announcement, that the CooperD won't be getting free london entry, and that the £25 level has been scrapped? Just interested to know if you'd have known this in May, would you still have gone for a CooperD? |

| That looks very nice indeed! Great bit of speccing! I ordered sat nav, to justify it I told myself it was an interior upgrade with free nav! Will hardly see a penny of it come trade in probably...  |

| Hi All, first of all, thanks to all for helping me spec out the new car. Very happy with it! Regarding the congestion charge - a bit of a bummer. Would I have chosen the Dooper? Let me answer in two parts! Part 1: I would have gone for a Cooper S I think, however........ Part 2: having now spent a couple of weeks with a Cooper D, driven around 700 miles and really enjoyed it, I'm glad I went for it instead of an S. Not that it drives any better, but the cost savings I'm making really don't allow me to miss traffic lights go performance! I must be getting old! Currently getting around 53mpg - but the more I drive, the better its getting. |
