Offline | I can't believe it!! This morning on the way to work, at the measley hour of 7am; as I was zig-zagging in and out of traffic I noticed a car in front of me signal to turn right. So in an effort as to not get stuck behind this vehicle I attempted to merge into the left lane while doing 60km/h. And then it happened!! Suddenly a bloke on the side of the street threw a handful of large stones at my MINI. They hit all over the front of the car. In my shock, for a split second, I forgot about the car that had pulled over in front of me; luckily I managed to do a violent swerve into the next lane when I regained my senses. The traffic was so busy I couldn't pull over. I could see the ******* in my rear view mirror walking off. I can't believe this has happened!!! My bonnet and wing mirrors now have deep chips scatterred over the surface...not sure what's the best way to repair this. Even my chrome grill has a deep chasm in it now... Very upset... ![]() FORMER OWNER OF: COOPER Pure Silver / Black CVT, 16"5-Spoke, Profile Leather,Climate Control, Sports Plus Susp. Sunroof. Offline | I'm so very sorry you had to have this experience. There are miserable people in the world desperately trying to make others as miserable as they are. The MINI you'll deal with and it will heal. It's yourself who'll need the comfort. Best Wishes ricci All of us at MINI2 feel badly and wish you well. |

Offline | sorry ricci, really sorry to hear about your MINI. i can think of a hundred ways to punish the guy who did this, but the most important thing now is that you can touchup your MINI back to its original glory. wish you lots of luck for that. i think i might patent the technology for an "Anti-MINI emotion" radar!!
