Common Faults/problems

Hi, I'm going to look/possibley buy a 53reg mini tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone could give me any pointers at what to look at or check. Any common faults/problems to look out for. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The main two that I have had is the power steering pump go, and the loom for the airbag under the seat, But apart for that no other problems. You will love the car
