I'm looking for the complete service manual. Anyone know where I can get one??

I suspect there's quite a few bootleg copies about if not.

I too would like to have an official service manual.

Though I imagine the definitive guide is yet to come. Things have yet to occur in the MINI that engineers have not even thought of.

BMW has two CD-ROMs. The TIS (Technical Information System) contains Vehicle Repair Manuals, Specifications and a Symptomatic Path for Troubleshooting for all models (including MINIs), depending on the version of the CD. The ETK is the Electronic Parts Catalogue.

Use a search engine and you should be able to find pirated (and possibly genuine) copies costing $200 - $500 each.

If the MINI continues to sell well, Haynes will probably have a paper manual out in a couple of years.
