I seem to be able to park the work transit better than I can park the MINI!!! i dont understand how that works lol

I remember my instructor going on about markers but that was nearly 10 years ago, I just do it now and also nice big shop windows are great too

Have none of you watched Reginald Molehusband ?
Stop parallel with car ahead of the space. Reverse into the space with the left rear aiming at the mid point. When close to this and/or the front of the car is beyond the car in front turn on full lock. If Reginald can do it so can we. Most times

have to admit, I don't really use anything - I remember what my driving instructor told me, but I have my own style and it usually works first go

I usually rotate the passenger-side wingmirror down to look at the rear wheel... this lets me judge it's path relative to the curb and get nice and close.

As for looking fore and aft... well, that's just depth perception, I suppose.
