Thats certainly it - I realised that once and since have just waited and saved up for what I really want. There is no point making do - I'd rather work harder, go without and wait a while in order to get exactly what I want. I've waited nearly 3 years for some things, but it has made me appreciate them all the more.

Weight of the wheels also make a difference.

I've got 18*7.5 Rota Subzeros which are a lightweight alloy weighing 7.9Kg each with non runflats and they have increase my MPG by 2miles compared to the 17" S Spokes with runflats.

got them today had them fitted and all i can say is WOW!!!.

i'll give it a clean at some point when ive time and post the pics, the difference from when i got it is unreal.
