I didn't like that body-kit I know what Fiesta I would spec - Comes to around £13k - Not bad considering what it has!

I much prefer the interior of the Fiesta to be honest And before you say its because I drive a Ford now, I'm actually much more of a Vauxhall person

I spent so much time on the Ford stand it was unreal - I've booked a test drive in each engine as they come out

well i didnt think much of any of the MINI stand/cars spec etc was rubbish compared to previous years ! the castle/uni was like something out of a school play! MINI seam to have lost the plot now, the bubbles burst.

The nicest MINI there was the White Silver Sidewalk!

agree, also the sidewalk had a Q a mile long to get in most times where the JCW S etc sat there empty

I like it in London for sure - Its only about and hour away from me, but if they are gonna rip the manufacturers off, resulting in them leaving, id rather travel 3 hours to see the real deal

So much easier in London -

The NEC is so disjointed it's incredibly difficult to walk round. The Excel though is a breeze, one big hall with a central court is so easy to navigate

Leave it in London.

Leave it in London.

We exhibit at the NEC twice a year one suggestion I heard this year was it all wants ripping down and starting again. Sounds about right we have been toying with the idea of shows at excel but have been warned off by the logistics of the place, I miss the motor show at the NEC and must admit didnt even know this years was on till the weekend just gone. Maybe its just Britain we cant get anything right? The last show at the NEC all the cars were locked because of souvenier hunters anything from ashtrays to bits of trim was being ripped out of cars.

Well if they wouldn't move it 1/4 mile down the river, they definitely wouldn't have moved it to Birmingham

It was the fact it was only 1/4 a mile away what put them of rather then the costs. If it was at the NEC they might have come

Best thing they could do to be honest

All the different halls are a pain.... yes they can hold more than one event at the same time - but they'd be better off levelling the lot and building a modern purpose built exhibition centre

Excel isn't anywhere near as big as the NEC, so not like they can't achieve it

With the different hall issues the Paris motor show is even more spreed out then the NEC but people don't seam to mind it.

I do like the set up of the Excel with the halls on each side of the walk way with the food halls and other stands in the middle. Any one want to make a exhibition hall with me ?

They charge so much for everything it was £10 to park at the last show! and they dont even have WiFi in the halls.

Wollastons always spec up their demos well - I'm sure you'll get a chance to see that soon

As for motor show - I'm in meetings in London and was going to visit but wont bother now

Such a shame as the Mini stand last time was top notch.
