Rear Seats

I was just wondering how many people put down their rear seats for increased exhaust noise
Since I did it a few weeks ago I can't seem to stop doing it

Not too frequently but when I do I tend not to put them down but remove them completely!

I do now and again, but I need to get them down, get out for a pointless drive and turn the radio off - that's all it takes to make me

Yep, every now and again I do!

Same as nylo, I am probably needing a pointless drive with no radio!

I have had them in over the last month, but usually if im going on a run or any distance i take them out, thus the reason they are out now as going to ring on saturday

No I just removed mine;

Yes it does increase the sound of exhaust and also road noise. Also reduces weight, helps fuel economy and increaes power to weight ratio.

It takes 10 minutes to take them out the 1st time and 5minutes after that. They are only held in with one 10mm bolt and the rest is just clips. Then I made a 6mm thick board for £12 to cover resses, etc. I put the back seats back in again at the weekend.

Cheap and worth while mod especially when you have JCW sparco seats.

have only do so in the past to put stuff in the back

Might do it now to get more exhaust noise though
