The kids will think you very cool

I have had mine just under 2 weeks, have just clocked up 1000 miles, and can't imagine life without my MINI! Hope you enjoy your MINI as much as I am enjoying mine...

I had a count-down timer running on my PC counting down the seconds until delivery (now how sad is that?) Had it running for a week...

Fantastic - you'll love it

and so will the kids. Last weekend driving down to South Wales we had a few kids pointing and staring at the MINI from other cars. One little kiddie even said "Hello MINI" to it as my wife was parking it

Maybe kids aren't so bad after all

Welcome to 'The Club'. I bought the mini for the way it drives but have found 2 unexpected bonuses:

1. The admiration from 99% of the population.
2. The feel good factor. I was on my way home from work yesterday when I spotted a really great car ahead of me. It was a british racing green Cooper with white roof and wing mirrors, almost identical to mine. Caught up, flashed my lights and gave a thumbs up. Couldn't stop smiling. The driver gave me a little wave and at the next t-junction I pulled up along side as we were heading in opposite directions. The lass driving had a grin as big as mine. The grin still hasn't fully worn off. Never though a car could have this kind of effect.
