if money were no object.....?

hey mini2ers

bored and waiting for MOTD2 to start, was just wandering what changes you'd make to your mini if money were no object, anything from that part you've always longed for to the near damn right ridiculous....

i'd start with painted carbon fibre body panels and roof of the 1st gen mini (prefer the shape)
over the workings of the R56 MCS maybe a twin turbo + s'charged version
and the interior of the 1st gen (prefer that too) only this time with all the options
some trick 4wd (think nissan GTR or Prodrive P2) to put the power down
and flat underbelly with propper rear diffuser

any other thoughts? come on its got to have crossed your mind....

matt

I'd get a new head with associated parts, some coilovers, some black r105's, r56 recaros, BBK.

That would do for starters...

If I won the lottery, I wouldn't sell the Checkie - she'd be treated to:

Full Works 225 upgrade by Tony Franks
JCW suspension
Full Leather Recaro Interior
Full Aero Kit with decals by Phil the Pirate
Bonnet respray and armourguard
Sound upgrade by Mikey

I'd contact the MINI plant and kindly ask them to build me a brand-spanking new R53 JCW out of spare parts or stuff they (hopefully) have lying around :P

Or maybe even two...the other one can stay in my living room.

It would have to be a black Clubbie MCS JCW with blacked out windows and all the JCW options.

It would then have a red stripe down the side to make it look like the A-Team van

I think i would get:

as late an 06 S as possible
Hyper Blue
Aero Kit
JCW seats
JCW kit
R95's

pretty much this

Thats for driving everyday

Id then go and hunt for a Paul Smith mini with as few miles on it as possible, along with an island blue mini40
