| morning all thought id just post some pics of my new drooper and give my view on the new auto box .... its really good and you carnt go wrong. using the paddle shift is really easy when you get used to it but if you forget to change down or brake suddendly it will change down for you. and responds really well on the upshift. now you all no im a moaning get and some time with good reason!! well now im moaning about the service dept at blue bell wilmslow. when i orderd my car i opted to get some stuff put on at the dealer to get a bigger discount like a aero kit and a chrome filler cap. well they fuc**d both up! they forgot to wire the fog lights up and when they fitted the chrome fuel filler cap they either broke or forget to put the lock on so when i lock my car this can still be opened! these 2 things i had to find out myself and a went off my head i since spoke to my dealer and we have come to agreament to my benerfit. i will put posts on in the other sections about the dealer and the service dept asap thanks MR P ps hope you like the car Taking care of business |

| I've got a manual now and probably will go for an auto next - is it easy to get used to (I know it sounds crazy, but I've never driven an auto and rarely even go in one as a passenger so I haven't a clue)... Does it change gears at weird times? ![]() The Original MINI One Seven Yorkshire MINI Register - PM for details |

| hiya mate no its not wired at all. there are 3 dif gears 1st full auto just hit the gas and go 2nd trip tronic this is puching the stick forward each time you want to change up gear then back each time you want to change down and 3rd paddle shift.. you do all the work flick the paddle back to change up and flick forward to change down. like i said before the car will change down for you if you need to stop quick or forget to change down but you always have to change up. hope this helps.
