Cherished checks and finding "things" after sale

Hi everyone-I bought a year old clubman S nearly 3 weeks ago. After getting home and giving it the "home" checks, feeling alot more comfortable checking it 100% I found a few faults.
That night while doing a home "test drive" , the runflat indicator malfunctioned-Pulled over checked all the tyres all fine-Get home and the next day I phoned Mini up and mentioned it-there advice was to keep an eye on it.
Now after more checks I find multiple things that need fixing etc so I book it in except for them to not have a slot for just under a month after I have bought it with use of a hire car (needed) so I had to accept it.
The faults are now longer than an A4 page and I found multiple stone chips and a screw in a tyre the day after I bought it.
I really feel like the "cherished checks were not completed" is there a physical sheet with ticks etc on?
Also with the stone chips and screw in the tyre can I get Mini to rectifify these? even though it now week or so on? I took photos the day after of these with dates on to prove it. I informed them of the faults but not all as they said that was not needed and they would take the details when the car goes in.
Will look forward to the advice.
Thanks
Alex

Yes, there is a checklist. My dealer ran through all the things on it and showed me the ticks/signature that verified they'd been done. There were still a couple of things I had to take it back for myself including a small piece of missing trim, failed interior bulb and a missing service stamp. All were sorted with no quibble.

TBH its always the same with MINI's. Cherished or not cherished, i have bought MINIs, and ive had to do work on warranty within the first four weeks of ownership (Four in 3 Years, 1 New, 1 Cherished, 2 Non-Mini Used).

You cant rely on the checks. I understand you pay the premium MINI for cherished, but minus the marketing hype they just check the vehicle as any main dealer would anyway.

Regarding potential faults which would be 'wear and tear', to be honest it depends on your dealer. They are not covered under the warranty and once again the cherished warranty mirrors the standard BMW warranty.

However if the faults are within warranty, you will get them fixed without problem.
