"Total" Posh Petrol

How to save money - an 02 MCS drivers guide!

I have jused filled up with petrol (again!) and noticed a little leaflet by the till. I know Total premium (Excellium) petrol is not the preferance of most drivers with V-Power and Optimax being top of the list, but free fuel is good fuel! When you fill up with posh fuel at Total garages and you don't notice an increase in millage, they will refund the difference in price from normal fuel (7p a litre) for a seemingly infinate amount of fuel. Thats right, so with a little creative writing you can get some pounds back for being kind to your engine. This is how I am going to word my letter:

"To Mr/Mrs petrol company,

I normally get 250 miles out of a tank of normal petrolium driving on the motorway, but after filling up with your premium juice and ragging the out of my highly efficient german automobile, I appear to have only got 200 miles. You PROMISED me that I would get more! yutta yutta yutta

Moleatrude"

I would recomend that you all try it, I certainly am!

V-Power is the new name for Optimax

Also it will probably improve MPG so why bother, you get what you pay for.

The point was not will or won't it give you extra mpg, it was more that you can get a tank of good fuel for a tank of not so good fuel and they will pay the differance, just sensible money saving!!
